Over 54,000 managers have already acted. The combination of a home fixture against Everton, strong underlying numbers, and a sub-£5.5m price tag makes Belloumi one of the most compelling picks on the board right now.

Cherki is the premium mid-price option this week. He scored in GW5 as Man City put five past Sunderland, bagging 8 points. Across the season he has scored 3 goals and added 2 assists, with an expected points figure of 6.8 heading into GW6.

City vs Liverpool is high risk, high reward - but City just dropped five goals on Sunderland and Cherki is clearly their creative hub. Man Utd face Spurs in GW6. Whilst away games can produce attacking returns, Fernandes's current form and the sheer volume of outgoing transfers is a clear signal from the market. If you need premium funds to reinvest in better options, now is the time to move on.

If you're tight on funds or need a slot for Barnes or Belloumi, selling Thomas on the high after his GW5 haul makes sense. If he's just rotating in your bench, you can hold.

Kamada is flying almost completely under the radar, with just 0.5% ownership. He already has 3 assists this season and Crystal Palace face Nott'm Forest at home in GW6. If you're looking for the ultimate differential in a week where ownership is bunching up, Kamada is your man. The creative output is there - it's just a matter of when it translates into a big points haul.

The standout captaincy choice this week is Cherki from Man City. City vs Liverpool is a blockbuster fixture, but Man City just dropped five goals on Sunderland and Cherki is their creative hub with 3 goals and 2 assists already this season. His expected points of 6.8 is among the highest this week - double that up with the armband and you're looking at serious points potential.

If you want a safer, lower-owned captaincy option, Barnes against Coventry City is a genuine alternative. He's in fine form (9 points in GW5, 3 assists this season), low owned at 5.4%, and Newcastle look dangerous going forward. Captaining Barnes could give you a huge edge over your mini-league rivals who default to the obvious premium options.
