✅ Transfers IN for Gameweek 32

1. Beto (Everton) - £5.0m | 2.7% Ownership

The standout transfer of the week. Beto delivered 16 points in Gameweek 31 - two goals and an assist against Chelsea - and at just £5.0m he is the most explosive value pick in the game right now. He now has six goals this season for Everton, and with nine expected points projected for Gameweek 32, where Everton host Brentford at home, the ceiling is enormous. David Moyes's side look reinvigorated, and Beto is at the heart of it. His ownership sits at just 2.7%, which makes him an outstanding differential on top of his template appeal. Check the latest price changes - he may already be rising.

Verdict: ESSENTIAL. Get him in before he rises in price - check live price changes here to stay ahead of any movement.

2. Watkins (Aston Villa) - £8.5m | 8.2% Ownership

Ollie Watkins scored in Gameweek 31 against West Ham as Villa kept a clean sheet, earning nine points. He now has nine goals and two assists this season. Gameweek 32 sees Villa travel to Nott'm Forest - tricky on paper, but Emery's side are in excellent form and Watkins remains the focal point of a dangerous attack. If you need a reliable premium striker option in the £8-9m bracket, Watkins is the man.

Verdict: GOOD. Premium option for managers who want a safe, high-ceiling striker.

3. Raya (Arsenal) - £6.0m | 34.7% Ownership

Raya has been earning 62,000+ transfers in this gameweek and it's easy to see why. Arsenal face Bournemouth at home in Gameweek 32, and the Gunners have kept 15 clean sheets this season. Raya has racked up 50 saves and is projected eight expected points for GW32. Yes, there is injury uncertainty around his outfield teammates - Saka, Gabriel, and Rice are all doubts - but Arsenal's defensive structure under Mikel Arteta remains elite regardless. He is the best goalkeeper in FPL.

Verdict: ESSENTIAL if you need a goalkeeper upgrade. Raya is the number one GK in the game. View his expected points projection for GW32 to see the full picture.

❌ Transfers OUT for Gameweek 32

1. Richarlison (Spurs) - £6.3m | 5.7% Ownership

Two points in Gameweek 31 tells you everything you need to know. Spurs just got destroyed 3-0 by Forest, and in Gameweek 32 they travel to Sunderland - a ground where Regis Le Bris's team just beat Newcastle. Richarlison is haemorrhaging transfers, with 6,000+ managers moving him on this week. The fixtures do not improve and form is dire.

Verdict: SELL. Cut your losses now.

2. Dúbravka (Burnley) - £4.0m | 31.8% Ownership

Dúbravka conceded three goals in Gameweek 31 against Fulham and is haemorrhaging transfers - over 31,000 managers are moving him out this week. Burnley have conceded 61 goals this season, which is a staggering number, and in Gameweek 32 they host Brighton at home - the same Brighton side who just beat Liverpool away from home.

Verdict: SELL. Upgrade to Raya and don't look back.

3. Rogers (Leicester) - £7.4m | 24.2% Ownership

Rogers picked up six points in GW31 with an assist, but over 81,000 managers are selling him this week and his form rating has dipped to 4.0. In Gameweek 32 he faces Nott'm Forest away - Sean Dyche's side who just kept a clean sheet against Spurs. He projects just four expected points. This is a tough ask.

Verdict: HOLD if you must, but if you need the funds to bring in Beto, Rogers is your cash source.

💎 Differential Picks for Gameweek 32

These are the sub-10% ownership gems that could seriously boost your rank. For the full list of differentials this week, browse our differential players tool.

1. Igor Jesus (Nott'm Forest) - £5.8m | 1.3% Ownership

Igor Jesus scored and kept a clean sheet in Gameweek 31 for eight points. Forest host Aston Villa in Gameweek 32, and they've just destroyed Spurs 3-0. Sean Dyche's side have kept eight clean sheets this season. With three goals and four assists on the season, Igor Jesus has genuine attacking involvement - and at 1.3% ownership, he is differential gold. If Forest keep a clean sheet, you will look very clever.

Risk level: Medium | Upside: Very High

2. Brobbey (Sunderland) - £5.3m | 0.6% Ownership

Brobbey scored in Gameweek 31 and earned eight points. In Gameweek 32, Sunderland host Spurs at home - and we've just seen how poor Spurs look right now. Regis Le Bris's team are bursting with confidence after beating Newcastle, and Brobbey has six goals this season to show he is a genuine goal threat. At 0.6% ownership and £5.3m, this is absolute differential gold. If Spurs continue their terrible form, Brobbey is the man to punish them.

Risk level: Medium | Upside: Very High

3. Flemming (Burnley) - £5.3m | 0.4% Ownership

Flemming scored in Gameweek 31 despite Burnley's 3-1 defeat and now has eight goals this season - genuinely impressive for a player on a struggling side. In Gameweek 32 Burnley host Brighton, and if Scott Parker sets his side up to be combative at home, Flemming is the man most likely to nick something. At 0.4% ownership, a blank won't hurt you - but a goal makes you look like a genius.

Risk level: High | Upside: High

🎯 Captaincy Pick: Gameweek 32

The armband decision this week is straightforward - Beto is your captain.

  • Everton HOST Brentford at home in GW32

  • 16 points last gameweek - two goals and an assist

  • Nine expected points projected for GW32

  • Just 2.7% ownership - massive differential upside

  • Everton in brilliant form after 3-0 win over Chelsea

If you want the premium captaincy alternative, Watkins against Forest is your backup. Both are excellent options this week.

🔥 Double Gameweek 33 - Start Planning NOW

This is the most important strategic point of the newsletter. Double Gameweek 33 is confirmed - six teams play twice in GW33 before blanking in GW34. Leeds and Bournemouth are among those confirmed to double up. This means:

  • Wildcard timing is critical - if you haven't used yours, hitting it in Gameweek 32 lets you build a squad loaded with DGW33 assets

  • Leeds and Bournemouth players become must-own targets - start identifying who you want from those squads

  • Chip strategy (Triple Captain, Bench Boost) should be saved for GW33 if possible

  • Don't get caught short - managers who plan ahead will gain huge rank during the double

If you've got your wildcard unplayed, now is the time to be thinking about timing it for Gameweek 32 to set up for that double. Don't get caught out.
